I like smile, but you know, there is a time for everything. If your family dead, do you answer the interview with smile? I think your answer is NO. However in many cases in Japan, they are laughing. Laughing! I can hardly believe that. I think who they are thinking what "it's none of my business". It's bad, Japanese have tow faces...
